CARRIERS OF GOD’S DIVINE PRESENCE

“Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust” (2 Peter 1:4). Man in all his goodness and kindness is nothing before the Lord (Isaiah 64:6), except he confesses Jesus as his Lord and Savior, and becomes a Christian. When a man becomes born again, he becomes a carrier of divinity, and the Holy Spirit takes abode in his spirit. This is why we can lift our hands in worship, honor and adoration to God without any sense of guilt or condemnation. You’re His holy vessel, His tabernacle, and He lives inside you. His presence drives sickness, fear, poverty, depression or unhappiness away from your life. That presence causes men to favor you everywhere you go, opening doors of opportunity for blessings, which no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). You carry the presence of the Lord with you everywhere you go in the person of the Holy Spirit. You’ve moved beyo

Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. Hebrews 12: 2 (KJV) Everything the Father is and has is in Jesus. Colossians 2:9 says, “For in him dwelleth all the fullness of the Godhead bodily.” He’s the expression of the totality of divinity. Now you can understand why He said, “…he that hath seen me hath seen the Father…” (John 14:9). In the eleventh verse the same chapter, He said, “Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me…” (John 14:11). Therefore, to behold Jesus is to behold the Father. Today, we see Him in the Word, for He’s the living Word. He’s the beauty of God. Another beautiful thing is that the more you know Jesus, the more you see Him in, and through the Word, the more you know and see yourself, because you’re in Him. You can’t know Jesus without discovering yourself. The Bible says as He is, so are we in this

THE TRANSLATIONAL POWER OF THE SPIRIT!

“…Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God” (Hebrews 11:5) Like Enoch, you can walk with the Spirit of God with such translational power that you won’t see death, which is not just the cessation of biological life, but also sickness, defeat, destruction, failure, stagnation and retrogression. This translational power refers to the transportation of the Holy Spirit that puts you in a place of advantage. Jeremiah 17:8 aptly describes the one who has been so transported by the Spirit: “…he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit.” This means the problems that destroy other people can’t get a hold of him, because he’s always transported above them by the

THE HOLY SPIRIT REVEALS GOD’S BLESSINGS

“Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God” (1 Corinthians 2:12) Even though God has prepared so much for you, until you receive the Holy Spirit, it’s possible to for you to go through life without ever recognizing these things. The Holy Spirit reveals to us those things that are freely given to us of God; even hidden mysteries and secrets that natural men can’t perceive. Many aren’t aware that God has freely given them a great life to enjoy. They carry on in life living as paupers, when actually they’re princes. Until you receive the Holy Spirit, you won’t know what God has in store for you. Life in its fullness, peace, righteousness, divine healing and health, prosperity, forgiveness, fellowship with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ – these are God’s glorious blessings given to you to enjoy freely. The Holy Spirit came to reveal these blessings to you, and teac

THE SOURCE OF THE TRUE POWER

“But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you…” (Acts 1:8) From the Words of Jesus above, we discover the source of true of power, and how we can receive that power into our lives: it’s by receiving the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is the embodiment of power. Many people seek power in the wrong places, but there’s no power outside of the power of the Holy Spirit; He’s the power of God. If you’re born again, and have received the Holy Spirit into your life, then you’ve received power; He is the power-giver. He imbues you with the divine enablement to accomplish any task and change any hopeless situation. If you’re born again and have received the Holy Spirit, you don’t need to ask God for more power. The power-giver Himself lives in you; meaning you can never be disadvantaged anymore. This is why it’s compulsory for every Christian to receive the Holy Spirit – with Him you have all the power you’ll ever need to effect changes in your world.

DON’T IGNORE THE SPIRIT!

The indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit in our lives is one of the greatest blessings we have as Christians. He is our advantage and the secret to a glorious and successful life. Thus, you must recognize and take advantage of His ministry in your life. Some Christians ignore the ministry of the Holy Spirit, hence their lives are out of joint; full of ups and downs. It’s the ministry of the Holy Spirit to guide and lead in all affairs of life; it’s His ministry to grant you the wisdom and counsel you need to win every day in life. Consciously acknowledge His presence with you and in you, and learn to yield to Him always. Never ignore His counsel. The Bible says in Isaiah 30:21, “And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left.” Whose voice do you think that is? It’s the voice of the Holy Spirit. He speaks to us daily on life’s issues through God’s Word, but many ignore His counse

AFFIRMATIONTRAIN 20TH AUGUST.

I affirm that I’m energized for victory and positioned for the transcendent life by the Spirit of God who lives in me! By Him I labor, striving according to the working of His power that works within me mightily. I’m excelling in every area of my life, because the competence and excellence by which I function is by the Spirit. I’m the seed of Abraham. Not only am I blessed, I’m a blessing to my world also. Everywhere I go, I have favor because  I exude the sweet-smelling savor of Christ. No devil can influence my job, family, finances or life negatively because I'm in charge. My faith is strong and unwavering. I have overcome the systems of this world; therefore I refuse to be bound by the limitations that exist in the world. My life is upward and forward only because I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me. Hallelujah! I affirm that my body is the temple and dwelling place of the almighty God. I yield every fibre of my body to the Word, as a l

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ (Ephesians 1:3). Notice the construction above; the Apostle Paul wasn’t praying or making entreaties or begging God for spiritual blessings, no! It’s an energetic outburst of luxuriant, profuse, and exuberant worship. He glorifies the Lord who has blessed us with all spiritual blessings in the heavenly realms. He had the mentality that he was already blessed with all spiritual blessings that exist, and became poetic in praise. This should be your testimony! Be full of praise to God because there’s nothing you don’t have, and there’s nothing you can’t do! You’ve been endowed spiritually with all things, and for all things. Why did Paul use the phrase “spiritual blessings?” It’s because if you have the spiritual blessings, then you have all earthly blessings, because the spiritual gives birth to the physical. The lesser is included in the greater.

PRAYER AT 12NOON AND 10PM (LOCAL/GMT) - FRI AUG 19TH 2016

In Christ Jesus, we're Abraham's seed, and belong to the most sublime, prosperous, wealthiest, and favored families of all time. Read more in today's Rhapsody, or download from http://rhapsodyofrealities.org Acts 12:5 says: "Peter therefore was kept in prison: but prayer was made without ceasing of the church unto God for him". For most of 15mins at 12noon and 10pm (Local /GMT), we'll pray fervently in tongues. We'll also pray specially about and against all laws that prohibit or hinder the free course of the Gospel in any nation of the world. Pray particularly for your country, affirming and declaring that all such laws and hindrances are defeated, overthrown and repealed. Pray for those in authority, declaring that the counsels of the wicked in high places are turned into foolishness, and the Church of Jesus Christ moves on, prevailing from glory to glory. Hallelujah! God bless you.

THE HOLY SPIRIT OUR INTERCESSOR

“Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered” (Romans 8:26) How comforting to know that the Holy Spirit bears us up in the hour of need, when we don’t know what to pray for as we ought! He intercedes – prays for us in ways that cannot be put into words (Romans 8:26 CEV). How does He do it? He does it through you! This is one of the reasons it’s important to pray more in the spirit, and listen to the signals and intuitions of God’s Spirit when you pray. The Holy Spirit requires our vocal faculties to carry out His intercessory ministry through us. He prompts you and gives you the urge to speak in tongues, and when that urge comes, don’t relent or hesitate because it’s from the Holy Spirit who may be seeking to save you or your loved ones from imminent mishap. Yield yourself to the intercessory ministry of the Holy Spirit today.

THE MINISTRY OF THE SPIRIT

The indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit is one of the greatest gifts you could ever have as a Christian. If anyone knew the importance and ministry of the Holy Spirit in man, it was Jesus. He said, “But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth” (Acts 1:8). That’s why He commanded the apostles not to depart from Jerusalem but wait for the promise of the Father – He was referring to the Holy Ghost. He wanted them to be imbued with power from on high so they could live the supernatural life of the Kingdom and carry out His ministry. There is no authentic Christianity without the Holy Spirit. No one can live the victorious and triumphant life in Christ without the Holy Spirit. Even your service to God only becomes acceptable to Him when you render it through the Holy Spirit (Romans 15:16, Hebrews 9:4).Therefore, learn to alway

And if ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise (Galatians 3:29). God chose to identify Himself in the Scriptures, not as the God of all men but, as the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. In Exodus 3:15, He told Moses, “…say unto the children of Israel, The LORD God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, hath sent me unto you: this is my name for ever, and this is my memorial unto all generations.” He let Moses know that the revelation of Himself that He gave to those men would be the foundation for their relationship. You may call Him the God of Elijah; that’s okay; He indeed blessed Elijah and wrought many great works through Elijah, but He never introduced Himself as the God of Elijah. You may call Him the God of Moses, Joshua or Samuel, but He never introduced Himself as such. He identified Himself with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. You might say, “Well, it’s a family thing: father, son and grandson.” Ye

THE HOLY SPIRIT – YOUR ETERNAL COMFORTER

“And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; Even the Spirit of truth…” (John 14:16-17). Someone once asked me, “Pastor, how do I make the Holy Spirit come back to me if He ever leaves?” My instant response was, “The Holy Spirit will never leave you; He’s come to abide with you forever!” He’s our eternal comforter. The work of the Holy Spirit in your life is far too important for Him to just have temporary residence in your heart. He’s come to abide with you forever so as to ensure you carry out God’s will for your life. He’s the One who enables you to become an effective witness for Jesus Christ. When Jesus told His disciples “…lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world” (Matthew 28:20), He knew He had only a short time to physically remain with them. In fact, not long after He made that statement, He ascended to heaven. But He had prayed that the Father would send another Comforter just like Him to a

Is any among you afflicted? Let him pray. Is any merry? Let him sing psalms . (James 5:13). Imagine that someone got the news that a kind person left him an estate worth a hundred million dollars; how do you think he’d receive the news? I’m most certain he won’t receive it with a listless “Thank you.” He’ll express much joy for what he received. Likewise, when you pray about a situation, maybe a health condition, and you believe God answered you, act like it. Express joy! One day many years ago, I was leading the church service and had invited everyone to come forward for prayer. They all came around the altar and prayed. After the prayer, they returned to their seats as though they had just been whipped, and the Lord said to me, “They didn’t receive answers to their prayer.” He didn’t say, “I didn’t answer them,” because He always answers when we pray. But they didn’t receive because they didn’t act like people who had received answers to what they prayed about. There have bee

So, as the Holy Spirit says: Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts… (Hebrews 3:7-8 NIV). When God’s Word comes to you, the first and important thing to do is to accept it. This may sound too simple for some people, but the things about God are so simple; He’s never complicated. If He were to come to us in His complexity, no one will even be saved. He’d remain a mystery. So, accept Him in His simplicity, and accept all that He’s done for you. That’s what it takes. He’s called you to fellowship; accept it. He’s given you eternal life; accept it. He’s made you righteous, strong, vibrant, healthy, prosperous and influential; accept it! If you don’t accept what He’s done for you, given you, and made you—and live accordingly—you’ll be a victim in life. There’re people who say, “If God is real, let Him do something about my situation.” He already did; so stop waiting. Find out what the Word says about that situation; accept it, and live Accordingly. Romans 1:16 says

READ YOUR RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL. YOUR RIGHT TO DIVINE HEALTH - PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME. TUESDAY, AUGUST 16TH 2016 .

Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed (1 Peter 2:24). Sometimes, people testify about their health and say, “I really thank God for giving me health. Where would I have been if He hadn’t given me health?” They think God looks around from time to time and says to one, “I give you health,” and to another, “I seize your health.” That’s not the way God is, and that definitely isn’t the kind of God Jesus pictured for us. In Matthew 8:16, the Bible says Jesus healed all that were sick, revealing to us that it’s not the Father’s will for anyone to be sick. Acts 10:38 says, “How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.” The oppression came from the devil, but it was the Father who anointed Jesus to heal all who had been oppressed. God gave you divin

GET THE MASTER’S ATTENTION!

“For whosoever shall call upon the Name of the Lord shall be saved” (Romans10:13). When the Bible uses the term ‘whosoever,’ it means anybody! Anybody can call on the Name of the Lord and receive a miracle, but it must be a call of faith. God has great respect for faith. There’s no discrimination with Him; all you need do to receive a miracle is to make the call of faith. Reliving the lessons learned in the story of blind Bartimaeus, the Bible says, when he heard that Jesus Christ of Nazareth was passing by, he cried out to Jesus. And when it seemed as though he hadn’t caught the Lord’s attention, he cried out the more. He yelled out loud until the Lord couldn’t resist his call of faith and commanded him to be brought forward. How wonderful! You may have been calling out to the Lord for help and it seems as though He is yet to respond. It’s time to cry out the more, a great deal like blind Bartimaeus! Don’t keep quiet. Let your faith concerning that new job you have believed

VOCALIZE YOUR FAITH.

“For verily I say unto you, that whosoever shall say unto this mountain, be thou removed and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith” (Mark 11:23). The above statement gives us a supernatural law that works without fail and produces results. Our situations may differ, but God’s Word is just like the sun; it gives light to the one who needs it, warmth to those who require warmth, and energy to the one who requires it. You can have whatever you say – it’s a law! ‘This mountain” in the above Scripture could represent anything. For example, getting a job may be the mountain you face, and you’ve got to be specific when you speak to it. Tell it where to move to; speak to your certificate and credentials and tell them, “You are going to the right place and will get the right job for me.” It may seem impossible to imagine that mountain moving, but Jesus said it will, an

RECEIVE ALL THINGS

“Therefore, let no man glory in men. For all things are yours” (1 Corinthians 3:21). Did you notice the Bible didn't say some things, or all spiritual things are yours? Rather, it says all things are yours! You may say, “But when I look at my life, it doesn't seem as though all things truly belong to me!” The problem is, you're looking at the wrong things. Stop looking at what you think you don't have and receive what God has given you. The Bible says it's impossible for God to lie (Hebrews 6:18); if He says all things are yours, then all things are yours. It's your responsibility to receive God's Word into your spirit and walk in the light of it. This is what the New Testament is all about – receiving what God has given! You're not supposed to work to get anything because God has already given you everything. You should know that it's one thing to be given something and another thing to receive it. Your responsibility is to receive all that

…according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith (Romans 12:3). Your faith is God-given and it works. Jesus said, "...If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you" (Matthew 17:20). Notice what He said: "If ye have…" because at one time, His disciples had no faith. That was when He asked them, "…how is it that ye have no faith?" (Mark 4:40). However, for us, the new creation, we were born again with faith in our spirits. There’s no Christian that lacks faith. God gave to each one of us "the measure," not "a measure," of faith. He gave us all the same seed of faith, but you’re required to grow your faith and make it effective. The circumstances and the crises of life are at different levels, and require different levels of faith. There’s little faith and great faith, and then there’s weak faith

Hello, Good Morning Saints! Read Rhapsody of Realities Daily Devotional Sunday, August 14th 2016 He Wants You Vibrant And Strong - Pastor Chris Oyakhilome

Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth (3 John 1:2). One of the ways to improve your health is making sure you have good enough rest for your physical body, and good sleep has a role to play in this. It’s recommended to sleep for a certain number of hours every day. Although some people say, “There’re days that I sleep throughout; and then other days, I just stay awake.” That isn’t a normal lifestyle. If you’re that way, always cutting back on sleep, then you’ve got to reorder your lifestyle. You’re not supposed to go on for several days without sleep, hoping to make up by sleeping eventually for twenty-four hours. That’s not going to work. Over time, chronic insomnia could drastically affect your health. God made day and night on purpose. Night has a cooling effect on the natural body. The biological effect of night is to cause you to sleep, to create the instincts of sleep, yet some people will still not want to
