You may have seen roads created in places where there were massive rocks and hills, just because a man came up with the vision and had others who shared his vision. “He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destruction” (Psalm 107:20) A lady once came to a preacher for prayer. She told him that God had put a sickness on her to make her more humble. The preacher prayed, “Oh God, please give her more of this sickness so she can be even more humble.” She quickly rejected the prayer; she did not want to be sick anymore. Sadly, it’s the same thinking with some today, they think God made them sick or poor as a way to discipline them and make them humble. That’s just wrong, and it’s a result of gross ignorance of God’s Word. God never uses the devil’s devices on His kids. Jesus said, “The thief comes only in order to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance (to the full, till it overflows).” (John 1:10 AMP) God is not mysterious; In fact, He gave us His Word that we may understand His ways, thoughts and personality. All God’s gifts and blessings are in His Word. Whenever

“Put into action the word I covenanted with you when you left Egypt. I’m living and breathing among you right now. Don’t be timid. Don’t hold back” (Haggai 2:5 MSG) The Spirit of God wants us to think and function in consistency with the Word. He wants us to know it’s our responsibility to see to it that His Word comes to pass in our lives! The Word has already been given, Isaiah 55:11 says, “So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it”, and it will work and produce results for anyone who acts on it. So your responsibility as a Christian is to work the Word and bring it to pass in your life! Isaiah 33:24 says, “And the inhabitant [of Zion] shall not say, I am sick…” And Hebrews 12:22 lets us know we dwell in Zion, ““But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God…” What have you done with these truths?  “Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world” (1 John 4:4) The expression “Ye are of God,” as used in our opening verse means you originate from God; you’re His reproduction – His offspring! It’s so important for you as a child of God to understand that having been born again, you’re of a divine ancestry; you hail from God; your origin is in Him. No wonder the Bible declares in Acts 17:28: “For in him we live, and move, and have our being…For we are also his offspring.” James 1:18 says, “Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.” God gave birth to you of His own will, by the Word of truth, meaning you’re a child of the Word. Apostle Peter reiterates the same thought in 1 Peter 1:23: “Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.” Let the reality of this dawn on y

God’s Word is therapeutic, curative and has regenerative ability – it’s medicine for your body. The Word brings healing and soundness, and that’s why as a Christian, it is important to give yourself wholly to the Word. Each time you put the Word of God in you, it produces life and health in you, thereby destroying sickness and making you immune. Give the Word undivided attention; be a doer of the Word, because the you only experience the blessings on the Word of God that is acted on. I recall an inspiring testimony of a brother who was diagnosed with cancer. Rather than being discouraged, he locked himself away for a month, listening to our messages over and over again. By the time he went for his next appointment with the doctors, they couldn’t find a single trace of cancer. All the while, he digested the Word, there was a curative process going on. It’s so interesting to know what God’s greatest wish for you really is. God’s greatest wish and desire is for you to prosper and be in health! He desires your prosperity in its entirety- prosperity in your health, your job, your family, your ministry and every area of your life. He wishes above all things that you prosper and be in good health. Notice how He conjoins His desire for your prosperity with your health. He lets you know how much He wants you rich and healthy. He desires above all things that you are not bound by any kind of infirmity. Maybe you have been sick for a long time, or you know someone who has been confined to a wheel chair and the doctors say there is no hope. I have good news for you: God desires above all things for you to rise up from that sick bed; He desires for you to walk again. He desires to see those blind eyes pop open. Interpreting His words literally, He said, a man will go to heaven or hell because of what he said or didn’t say; but beyond that, your life is the character of your words. If a man’s words are wholesome, his life would be wholesome as well. This is why you must watch what you say! Don’t make careless statements for they’ll produce results for you, and never joke against the Word of God. This is why you must only say what you mean, and mean what you say. Remember, God holds you accountable for the things you say. So build your life with your words. Your life can’t be different from the words you speak. The life of a Christian isn’t ordinary; it’s supernatural. This is why we’ve been instructed through God’s Word, to live with the consciousness of who we are in Christ. You have to leave the realm of the ordinary and get into the realm of the supernatural, where you take control of the affairs of your life. If any man love not the Lord Jesus Christ, let him be Anathema Maranatha (1 Corinthians 16:22). The Lord Jesus said, “If ye love me, keep my commandments” (John 14:15), meaning that the proof of your love for Him is keeping His Word. You’re not just a body; you’re a spirit. Your physical body is your house. 1 Corinthians 6:20 says, “For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s.” That means your body belongs to God; He has bought it with the blood of Jesus. Although your body belongs to God, He has made you its caretaker. Therefore, if you’re ever confronted by sickness or disease in your body, it’s your responsibility to do something about it! God has already done what He needs to do about your physical health; He’s already provided healing for you, and nothing stops you from living in divine health. Matthew 8:17 says, “…Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses.” So, you ought to be healthy and strong! Learn to keep to your body healthy and strong using the Word, for it is medicine to your flesh. (Proverbs 4:22) Hallelujah!

Words are not enough to express what a night of Glory it was. Starting with a short exhortation from the Man of God Pastor Chris: Acts 19: 11-12 Though the anointing is imparted on handkerchiefs and aprons, the Holy Spirit does not live in them. In the same way, the anointing can be imparted to a man without him having any knowledge of it. The anointing has come upon all of us whether we know it or not in last night's service. Meaning, when people touch you or sit with you on a bus, they can be healed without you knowing. But don't rob God of His Glory, because those healed will not know it was because of God that they were healed. So act differently from the handkerchiefs and aprons. You receive from God with your Spirit, not with your head.
