BLW President declares June 2015 to be 'the Month of Prayer'! In a Yookos message to all @PastorChrisLive followers.  Pastor declared that the month of June is 'the Month of Prayer!' This is consistent with the fact that the global prayer program, now in its fifth year, commenced in the month of June. As such, in commemoration of this anniversary, the month is customarily that of prayer, and Pastor has said "we will be praying together everyday of the month, starting from the first of June 2015." It is important to understand that meditation is what gives you Rhema. Rhema is the spoken word of God. It is the “now” word of God for your situation and you receive it by meditating on the written word of God which is “Logos” . Logos has the ability to produce results in you and to deliver an inheritance to you but it will not make you enjoy the inheritance. The word that changes things is ” Rhema”. With Rhema, there is no condition that cannot be changed .

“Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all” (1 Timothy 4:15) Imagine that someone said to you, “Get up”, and you promptly obliged, especially upon due contemplation of the instruction and consideration of the one from whom it came; you’ve “yielded” yourself to that instruction. As a result, you’ll then enjoy the benefits of the instruction. The benefits of yielding yourself wholly to the Word is that your “profiting” will appear to all. The Greek word translated   “profiting”   is   “Prokope”   which means furtherance, progress or advancement. This means you’ll make advancement by the Word; your progress becomes apparent when the Word is final authority in your life. The phrase   “may appear”   in our opening verse actually means more than “something coming casually into sight”; the Greek term is   “Phaneros”   which means “to spread abroad”. The Septuagint rendering of the latter part of Joshua 1:8 gives a clearer explanation of this verse of scripture. It didn’t just say you’d have good success; rather it goes on to say you’ll become perceptive. The Greek word used is   “Suniemi” ; it means to be sagacious and perspicacious; to have high intelligence; to have your thinking level elevated to a high class. It also means to be acutely insightful, possessing the ability to “mentally put things together”. That’s what Meditation does to your life. It makes you wise and penetratingly discerning. You become excellent in your dealings with people, in business, in your finances etc. The Spirit of God through the Word brings extraordinary sagacity into your life. The importance of meditation cannot be over-emphasized. Meditation is a one sure way to drive the Word into your spirit and it helps you appropriate the Word for yourself beyond the written pages. Every Christian needs to know and understand the Word of God. The Word of God is God’s food for the human spirit. The more you look into the mirror of God, the greater the intensity of His glory in your life and meditation makes this a reality. It’s still our month of Meditation and as we continue to meditate on the Word, we are metamorphosed; we are transfigured into the same glory that we see in the Word. Another powerful result of meditation is that it will make you the word. This is God’s purpose for giving you His word, so we would become the word. Meditation drives the word into your Spirit. It takes the word from your mind into your spirit. In your mind, you can still reason out the word of God but when it gets to your spirit, it becomes real and personal to you. In   Joshua 1:8 , the Bible says,   “ This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success ” . “ And my worst fears have all come true ” (Job 3:25 CEV) Many have erroneously thought it was God who permitted Satan to buffet Job and make him suffer, just so he would be humble.  That’s not true! Job’s fear was his undoing! He created a platform for Satan to come in and mess things up in his life by voicing his fears. Job was a man whom God had greatly blessed and protected. Satan knew this, for he said,  “ Hast not thou made an hedge about him, and about his house, and about all that he hath on every side? ”   (Job 1:10). Satan had hitherto tried to attack job and found that the man was heavily fortified by God; there was a spiritual hedge of protection around him. Satan only gained access to attack Job when Job allowed the spirit of fear to take over his heart! It is amazing that even today a lot of Christians don’t understand what Christianity really is. Some think to be born again means to change your ways. Others think being born again is making good New Year resolutions. Irrespective of what you may think, the Word of God still remains the same on the topic.  There is a difference between the ‘you’ before and the ‘you’ after you receive Christ. The person before had the nature of the devil, therefore he sinned at will. But that person is dead! Right now you are a brand new person. The new creation has no past. When you know who you really are in Christ, such statements as, “when I used to do this or that…” or “when I was…” will completely leave your vocabulary because it was never you.  The new creation is like a new baby; he has no past, because old things are passed away, and all things have become new. As far as God is concerned, you never existed before; your past has been buried in the grave from which Jesus arose victorious. Is

God has ordained for you to live completely independent of circumstances. You must not find yourself living in bondage to poverty, sickness, diseases or death, because you are now a new creation. The Bible says that sin shall not have dominion over you; that means, you have been called into a life of total freedom, so remain in that liberty.
