READ YOUR RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL IT WASN’T FOR NOTHING - PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME SUNDAY, APRIL 16TH .

Happy Easter Dearly Beloved of God!       Download your complete e-copy of April Rhapsody of Realities Daily Devotional for free in any language of your choice just click here  http://dl.rhapsodyofrealities.org/en/ro/home/Pst%20John  Or http://bit.ly/2dvYHJ9 God bless You According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue (2 Peter 1:3).  The Christian is the fruit of Christ’s suffering. The Bible talks about the sufferings of Christ, and the glory that should be revealed (1 Peter 1:11). We’re that glory; we’re His joy and His trophies. We’re the glory He saw that made Him endure the cross and despise the shame (Hebrews 12:2). For the Christian, suffering is absolutely unnecessary, because Jesus already paid the price for you to live a glorious life. Everything required for your success has been consummated. He died so you...

DON’T STOP UNTIL THERE’S A CHANGE!

Do you know your persistency in prayer is absolutely vital to changing your circumstances? Sometimes when you have a matter to settle or you desire a change in a situation you don’t have full jurisdiction over, you have to continue in prayer until that change comes. Now this doesn’t negate faith nor mean you’re unbelieving. Actually, the reason you choose not to give up or shift grounds is because you’re acting your faith. The Bible says that ’’…The earnest (heartfelt, continued) prayer of a righteous man makes tremendous power available (dynamic in its working) (James 5:16 b AMP)’’. Many are too used to praying “emergency prayers” that don’t work. They wait until the pressure mounts and then start pushing panic-buttons and praying fast prayers for fast answers. But Elijah knew better. We read in our opening scripture what he did when he wanted a miracle: he cast himself down upon the earth and put his head between his knees, praying heartfelt, continued prayer (1 Kings 18:42-44). ...

GOD WANTS TO HEAR AND ANSWER YOUR PRAYERS

A lot of people wonder why their prayers are not being answered and things aren’t working right for them. Well, that’s why prayer is such an important subject and we must know the right way to do it. The first thought that must be established in your mind in order for you to be able to pray effectively is this: God wants to hear and answer your prayers. If He had planned it any other way, He would never have required you to pray. That’s why He said, “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land” (2 Chronicles 7:14). Consider the Lord Jesus: He always received answers to His prayers. He never once prayed in vain. When we pray we should not expect to have any less than He. That’s because He’s given us the authority to use His Name. When we speak in His Name, it’s as authoritative and effective as Jesus Himself spe...

YOU STAND IN JESUS’ STEAD

As Christians, we don’t need an intermediary between us and the Father. Hence we don’t pray to the Father through Jesus, but in the Name of Jesus. To pray through Jesus is to make Him a medium or intermediary to the Father, and that’s wrong. But to pray in the Name of Jesus means you’re standing in the place of Jesus; you’ve become His voice! All through the Scriptures, there’s no place where the Christian is asked to pray to Jesus or through Jesus. Neither do you ask the Father to grant your request for “Jesus’ sake,” for God wouldn’t answer your prayers for Jesus’ sake. He loves you as much as He loves Jesus. So when you pray to the Father in the Name of Jesus, it’s as though Jesus Himself were praying, because you stand in His stead. In Philippians 2:9, the Holy Spirit reveals to us through the Apostle Paul that “God also hath highly exalted him (Jesus), and given him a name which is above every name.” In other words, the Name of Jesus is the biggest Name in heaven. So whateve...

MY SPIRIT CAN NOT BE CRIPPLED BECAUSE MY FAITH OVERCOMES ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Romans 10:8 tells us that the word of salvation is near you, even in your mouth, and in your heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach. Verses 9-10, also place much emphasis on the heart, that is, the human spirit, because you believe with your spirit. Your spirit makes contact with God. That’s the reason believing is very important. Faith is not a response of the brain or of the mind; it’s the response of the human spirit to the Word of God. Recall the encounter between the Lord Jesus and the man with the withered arm; Jesus called him forth while He was teaching in the synagogue and said, “…Stretch forth thy hand….” (Matthew 12:13). How could he have done it when he had a withered arm? Read the concluding part of the verse: “…And he stretched it forth; and it was restored whole, like as the other.” How did that happen? That was faith. What is faith? Faith is the response of the human spirit to the Word of God. The man heard Jesus in his spirit and acted upon His infallib...

WHERE THE WORD OF A KING IS THERE IS POWER

One of the most profound truths revealed to us in God’s word as evident in the teachings of Jesus is that we can have what we say. As a Christian, your words are not empty; what you say comes to pass. You can talk to anything, including your body. You can talk to negative situations such sickness and disease, and they will surely obey you. Someone may say, “I have a growth in my stomach and it’s hurting so bad, the doctor says it is cancer.” Stop talking about the growth; talk to it instead. Tell it to die and pass out of your body! In mark 11:23, Jesus didn’t say we should talk about the mountain or say what the mountain is doing; he said, “Talk to the mountain! Tell it to move.” In same way, don’t complain about the severity of the pain or trouble you‘re feeling in your body. Talk to your body; tell the pain to cease and tell your body to function rightly in line with the life of God that’s in your spirit. Remember, your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. It’s not for Sickne...

THERE IS NOTHING LIKE HOPELESS CASE IN THE LIFE OF A CHRISTIAN

A hopeless case could be described as a state when man’s final conclusion is: “it is incurable, irreparable, inconsolable or irrevocable. Hopelessness is a state of mind.  ” It’s a situation where you don’t know the next move that could change things because within the confines of the human ability, nothing can possibly solve the problem. The truth, however, is there is no hopeless case with you, because as a child of God you have received power, the dynamic ability to cause changes (Acts 1:8).  You have authority, you are an overcomer in this life, and you are more a conqueror and a victor in Christ Jesus. He covers you with his shield, so you can be assured in him and persuaded that”….. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, 39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. “ (Romans 8:38-39)...

THREE REASONS WHY WE MUST PREACH THE GOSPEL

The three major reasons why we must preach the gospel and win souls. The first is - our faith in the Lord Jesus and His glorious gospel; Second is our love for Him and hope of His soon return, and Then third is His instruction to us to win souls. These three reasons should compel anyone who believes in Jesus Christ to win souls. If you don’t win souls then your love for the master is questionable. God has determined that souls be won into His Kingdom every day, and He’s given us the responsibility to locate the lost in the world and share the gospel with them. As His representatives, we must reach the unreached and bring them to Christ; it’s our primary responsibility as Christians. We must tell the untold about the love of God manifested in Christ Jesus. Let us therefore be truly committed to the Gospel and see to its furtherance around the world. Praise God. If you’re not yet born again, all you have to do is believe in Jesus Christ and confess him as Lord to receive eter...

READ YOUR RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL GLORIFIED JUST LIKE JESUS - PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME SATURDAY, APRIL 15TH .

Delightful Greetings Dearly Beloved of God!     Download your complete e-copy of April Rhapsody of Realities Daily Devotional for free in any language of your choice just click here  http://dl.rhapsodyofrealities.org/en/ro/home/Pst%20John  Or http://bit.ly/2dvYHJ9 God bless You Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world (1 John 4:17).  Jesus Christ is the effulgence of the Father’s glory; the express image of His Person (Hebrews 1:3). And that’s exactly what He’s made us; we’re the effulgence of His glory, for as He is—the glory of the Father—so are we in this world (1 John 4:17). Jesus said, “And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one” (John 17:22). This is extraordinary. If only you’d live with this consciousness every day! 2 Corinthians 3:18 explains it some more. It lets us know that the Word of God is a mirr...

Prayer at 12noon and 10pm (Local/GMT) - Fri April 14th 2017

For a healthy and successful life, determine to feed your faith and not your fears. Learn more in today's Rhapsody or download from http://dl.rhapsodyofrealities.org This is the Easter week in which the crucifixion, death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ are commemorated. The most important thing of this period, from Wednesday to Sunday is the purpose of 'His Passion'. For the the Word declares in Isaiah 53:5-12 5 "But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. 6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all. 7 He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth. 8 He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his gener...

READ YOUR RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL FEED ON THE RIGHT INFORMATION - PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME FRIDAY, APRIL 14TH .

Magnified Greetings Dearly Beloved of God!       Download your complete e-copy of April Rhapsody of Realities Daily Devotional for free in any language of your choice just click h ere  http://dl.rhapsodyofrealities.org/en/ro/home/Pst%20John  Or  http://bit.ly/2dvYHJ9 God bless You …It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God (Matthew 4:4).  In today’s world, people are more particular about what they eat. While some eat the right food to stay healthy, there’re those who, from eating all the wrong things, have put their health in jeopardy. It’s the same thing spiritually. As a Christian, you must feed on the right information. You must feed your faith with the Word of God. Some Christians would rather feed their fears than feed their faith. You feed your fears when you give attention to wrong or noxious information. The food for the human spirit is God’s word. Jesus said,...

READ YOUR RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL WE’RE HIS PARTNERS IN WINNING OTHERS - PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME THURSDAY, APRIL 13TH .

Sanctified Greetings Dearly Beloved of God!     Download your complete e-copy of April Rhapsody of Realities Daily Devotional for free in any language of your choice just click here  http://dl.rhapsodyofrealities.org/en/ro/home/Pst%20John  Or http://bit.ly/2dvYHJ9 God bless You I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance (Luke 15:7). In life, many people give attention to things that aren’t so important. They strive to be famous and gain human recognition, but these aren’t what God wants. When you eventually stand before the Master, He won’t ask for the accolades you received from men or the wealth you amassed while on earth. Rather, He’ll be interested in what you did with the Gospel in saving souls. It’s clear from our opening verse what God is after; He wants you to love Him and live for Him as His partner in soul-winning. Daniel 12:3 sa...

READ YOUR RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL You’re A Victor In Christ Jesus - Pastor Chris Oyakhilome Wednesday, April 12th .

Luxuriant Greetings Beloved Saints of God! Download your complete e-copy of April Rhapsody of Realities Daily Devotional for free in any language of your choice just click here http://dl.rhapsodyofrealities.org/en/ro/home/Pst%20John  Or http://bit.ly/2dvYHJ9 God bless you And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose (Romans 8:28). No Christian should be a victim of circumstances. That you lost your job, business, and everything you once had shouldn’t make you a victim. That you went through terrible ordeals because your parents abandoned you while you were young shouldn’t be an excuse for you to live as a victim. Face life’s circumstances head-on, with the smile of a victor and the attitude of a king, because greater is He that’s in you, than all the troubles in the world. The Word of God, a law of the Spirit, has been promulgated to that effect; it says, “And we know that all things wo...

READ YOUR RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL THE LIFE OF FAITH - PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME TUESDAY, APRIL 11TH

Glorious Greetings Dearly Beloved of God!   Download your complete e-copy of April Rhapsody of Realities Daily Devotional for free in any language of your choice just click here  http://dl.rhapsodyofrealities.org/en/ro/home/Pst%20John  Or http://bit.ly/2dvYHJ9 GOD BLESS YOU . But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him (Hebrews 11:6).  Every Christian has faith. The Bible says, “For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith” (Romans 12:3). “Every man that is among you” means every one of us in God’s house; God has made available to us, “the measure” of faith, not “a measure” of faith. This means each of us received the same measure of faith when we received salvatio...

ACCEPTED IN THE BELOVED - PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME

"According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will, To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved" (Ephesians 1:4-6). God chose us before the foundation of the world to be holy and without blame before Him in love, and predestined us to be accepted in His presence. Its part of what His righteousness in our spirits has produced for us; we can boldly stand in the presence of God without guilt, inferiority or condemnation. No matter where you've been, what you've done, how deep in the thralldom or valley of sin you've been, you're accepted in Christ Jesus. You don't have to run from God, because of your sins. Imagine His gracious invitation to Isaiah 1:18; He said, *"Come now, and let us reason togethe...
