Ephesians 6:13 says, “Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day….” The evil day is when all hell breaks loose against you; it’s when the doctor suddenly announces that there’s trouble in your body! The evil day is when challenges suddenly arise at work; it’s a figurative expression for the day of crisis. This is why, as a Christian, it’s so important that you learn the Word of God in the days of

READ YOUR RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL WE WALK IN RIGHTEOUSNESS . - PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME WEDNESDAY, APRIL 19TH

Christianity is a walk in righteousness. What is righteousness? It’s the nature of God in you, producing the rightness of God: the ability to do right and fulfill the will of the Father. God is always right; it’s His nature to be right. This nature of righteousness is at work in us. So, in our Kingdom, we do righteousness; we walk in righteousness and do works of righteousness; we manifest the goodness of God everywhere. The world may not appreciate it when you walk in righteousness. It was for the same reason that the Pharisees and Sadducees had

If that isn’t what you’re seeing, it means you’re looking at the wrong thing. You’re not supposed to see the old, weak, sickly, poor and struggling “you”; that person doesn’t exist anymore. You must see yours

Prayer at 12noon and 10pm (Local/GMT) - Mon April 17th 2017

The 3rd healing service of the 2017 Healing School Autumn session in Johannesburg held yesterday, with amazing works of God in healings, diverse miracles and salvation. Glory to God! Present at the service were over 200 youths from 153 countries, who are in South Africa for our ongoing International Easter Youth Camp. Many thanks to all our Healing School partners around the world, for joining us in taking healing to the nations; God bless you abundantly. Christ is your place, home and country. Read more in today's rhapsody or visit http://dl.rhapsodyofrealities.org In both 15min prayer sessions at 12noon and 10pm (Local/GMT), we'll pray fervently in tongues of the spirit, glorifying the Lord for His grace lavished on us in Christ Jesus. Thank him for all who received healing at the autumn session and pray that they remain steadfast in the Word, strengthened in faith and growing in grace. Also pray earnestly for the spread of the gospel in all nations. God bless you.

LOOKING AWAY FROM THE CHALLENGE, FOCUS ON JESUS.

"Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God" (Hebrews 12:2). Matthew 15:21-28 tells the story of the Canaanite woman whose daughter was grievously vexed with a devil. At first, all her attention was on the problem, as she desperately need a miracle for her daughter who was vexed with a devil. Consequently, she sought the Master's attention. But the Master didn't respond, until she consciously turned away from the "distraction"-her present predicament, and shifted her gaze to the Master and worshiped Him. The Master, in their ensuing dialogue commended her faith, and pronounced that her daughter was made whole. Thank God she had enough sense to take her eyes off her problems to look to the Master in worship. Learn to look away from the troubles, pain and distracting influences of this world, and consciously

THE EARNEST PRAYER OF THE RIGHTEOUS

The Apostle Paul, in 2 Thessalonians 3:1-2, asked the saints to pray for him and other ministers with him, that they may be delivered from wicked and unreasonable men who were against the faith and the preaching of the Gospel. He wanted the Word of God to grow mightily and prevail among the gentiles. When decrees or laws are enacted, which are against the preaching of the Gospel, we must become aware that such things are done by wicked and unreasonable men who have found their way into power for their selfish gains. But God expects us to stop them through prayer. And we are given the assurance that we have His attention when we pray against such things. There is so much power in the Church, but we can’t discover the extent and potency of the power we possess with our mouths shut. For the power to be effective we need to pray and declare what we want to see in our countries; we have the divine authority to cause a change through prayers. All that’s necessary is for one righteous ma

READ YOUR RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL IN HIM YOU HAVE PEACE - PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME MONDAY, APRIL 17TH

Happy Easter Dearly Beloved of God!     Download your complete e-copy of April Rhapsody of Realities Daily Devotional for free in any language of your choice just click here   http://dl.rhapsodyofrealities.org/en/ro/home/Pst%20John Or http://bit.ly/2dvYHJ9 God bless You He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty (Psalm 91:1). In Luke 21:25-26, Jesus said, in the last days, there’ll be perplexity of nations, men’s hearts failing them for fear. We’re living in a day when there’s so much fear. There’s terror within and without. There’s so much darkness, wickedness, and peril. In spite of all these, the words of the Master in John 16:33 are profound and comforting. He said, “These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.” Notice the expression, “that in me ye might have peace….” This means that it makes no

FAITH PRINCIPLE IN PRAYER

“And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.” (Matthew 21:22) “I’ve prayed and prayed; I’ve even gotten other people to pray for me, yet my situation hasn’t changed.” This is the frustrated cry of many today who think God answers prayers based on how long they’ve been praying, or the number of people they have praying for them. It’s good to pray, for the Word asks us to and shows us how, but the power that works for us is not in the praying, but in the God to whom we pray. Thus it’s important for you to know how to pray aright and understand the faith principle in prayer. James 5:15 says, “And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up…” Notice it says, “The prayer of faith shall save the sick” He lets us in on the faith principle in prayer. The power to heal you isn’t just in the prayer, but your faith in God and in His Word. So in prayer, you must pray the Word in faith, for the Word of God is the power of God

NO LIMITS!

“Again I say unto you, that if two of you shall agree on earth as touching anything that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.” (Matthew 18:19). I want you to observe the term ‘anything’ used by Jesus in our opening scripture. It lets us in on the power and extent of the authority we wield as Christians when we come together in agreement to decree a thing in His Name. There’re “no limits” to what we can ask and receive in prayer, for He says “…if two of you shall agree on earth as touching anything that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven…” This means any two or more of us can change anything by simply agreeing together in prayer. Notice the words of Jesus in the very next verse: “For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them” (Matthew 18:19) He’s right there in your midst when you come together in prayer to decree a thing; He’s there to establish it and make it

AFFIRM YOUR VICTORY

Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place (2 Corinthians 2:14). In spite of this beautiful reality from the Word that assures the Christian of a life of endless victories, some still have tales of anguish and defeat. “I thought everything would be alright now that I’m a Christian, instead, it’s as if all hell has broken loose against me. There’s trouble everywhere; what have I done wrong?” they lament. It’s not so much what you’ve done wrong, as it is what you’re not doing right. More so, you have to realize that bad things do happen to good people. Meaning that if you don’t stand your ground in faith, life will whip you, even though you’re a believer. Part of what we learnt in our previous study is that believing is with the heart. However, believing the Word is not enough. This, for the most part, has been the missing link for Christians who find themselves buffeted by the crises of

“MEDITATION “YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success (Joshua 1:8) This scripture is your recipe for success. The Amplified version says: “This Book of the Law shall not depart out of your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may observe {and} do according to all that is written in it. For then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall deal wisely {and} have good success.” Notice it didn’t say “God shall make your way prosperous,” but that “YOU shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall deal wisely in the affairs of life and have good success.” But for this to happen, you must meditate on the Word. This is what many haven’t learnt; the importance and power of meditation. The subject of your meditation should be consistent with the prov
