In worship, God talks to us. As you minister to Him, He ministers to your spirit as well. Heaven is never silent on the worshiper. When you need direction, guidance or a supernatural intervention, worship the Lord. In Acts 13:1-2, the Bible says, “ ...as they ministered to the Lord and fasted, the Holy Ghost said...” letting us know that the power of God’s Spirit is manifested in an atmosphere of true worship.   True worship isn’t the casual rendition of your favorite Christian tunes; it’s the lifting of your heart and hands to the

WE’RE GOD’S GLADIATORS

You know, it’s one thing to know how to read your Bible, pray every day and go to church when you should, but it’s another thing to live a victorious life. It’s one thing to be militant in your spirit but another thing entirely to understand the battle and be victorious in it. When you say, “The battle is the Lord’s,” there’s a lot more to it than that. It’s the Lord’s battle alright, but He calls you His battle axe and weapons of war (Jeremiah 51:20). In Jericho, God didn’t command us to stand still. We don’t stand still; the generation that stood still has died. Moses said to that generation, “Hey, stand still and see the salvation of God” (Exodus 14:13) – because they had the slave mentality – but remember, God’s response was an urgent “Go forward!” Now, this is not the generation with the slave mentality; this new generation has the warrior mentality. We’re God’s gladiators, and He continually urges us to go forward and launch the offensive against the enemy. In this new generati

YOUR TONGUE CONTROLS YOUR LIFE

“ Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof ” (Proverbs 18:21). The life you have today is the result of your tongue-work; everything you’ve been saying. Your words direct the course of your destiny, positively or otherwise; never forget that.   The Bible says “For in many things we offend all. If any man offend not in word, the same is a perfect man, and able also to bridle the whole body” (James 3:2). Your tongue is the tool by which you chart your course in life. This means you actually have the control over your life through your tongue; you can determine the quality of life you live here on earth. This is the reason you shouldn’t talk poverty, defeat, sickness or death; rather, talk prosperity, victory, success, health and life, and that’s what you’ll have in your life.   Steer “your ship”—your life—in the direction of God’s destiny for you, with your tongue. Make a choice to speak the right words of faith a

Many thanks to you all for the birthday celebrations; the International Day of Service, the special videos, songs, dances, greetings and gifts. Thanks for the continual show of love and faith; and most of all, in believing this amazing gospel of the unsearchable riches of Christ with which the Lord sent me to you. The Lord bless you more and more, and increase His grace upon you, and prosper all that you do, in Jesus' name. Amen. Today's Rhapsody is very enlightening. Read, and learn to guard your visions and plans. If you don't have a copy, you can download it at http://rhapsodyofrealities.org This is the month of Thanksgiving, and we'll pray for 15mins at 12noon and 10pm, according to Hebrews 13:15 "Through Him, therefore, let us constantly and at all times offer up to God a sacrifice of praise, which is the fruit of lips that thankfully acknowledge and confess and glorify His name". The Lord has been most gracious to us: Let us thank Him, singing, wo

PASTOR'S PRAYER FOR YOU FOR CELEBRATING WITH HIM — ENSURE YOU RECEIVE IT

Pastor Chris, at the Banquet, Giving his Vote of thanks in Appreciation of the Seeds Sown and Love Shown "My brothers and Sisters in Christ I got to tell you this, there's still so much more ahead of us and by the power of the Holy Spirit. And I say to you don't think like Joshua, I'll tell you why...don't think like Joshua, Think like Jesus. God said to Joshua," You are old", did you ever read that? He never told anybody else "you are old". I wonder what Joshua was thinking when God had to say to him, 'You are old". How could Almighty God tell anybody, “You are old?". Joshua didn't live as long as Moses did. Moses lived a hundred and twenty years and God never said to him, "you are old". In fact God had to force him to die. And Joshua died at hundred and ten. He was ten years less and yet God said to him, “You are old". It must mean that Joshua was thinking old, acting old and God said to him, I agree with

READ YOUR RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL GUARD YOUR VISION - PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME FRIDAY, 9TH DECEMBER 2016

(Proverbs 12:23 CEV). When you walk with the Lord, He gives you visions for your future; visions about your life, the things He wants to accomplish with you and through you. He causes you to see into the future so you can head for that future. Everybody may not see what you see, or know the future God is guiding you into. But some people try to tell everybody what God is showing them about their future. That’ll be a mistake, except if He’s the one leading you to talk about it.   Understand that Satan doesn’t know what you see, until you tell him; he doesn’t know everything. When he hears about what you see, then he starts s

READ YOUR RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL THE MESSAGE OF FAITH - PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME THURSDAY, 8TH DECEMBER 2016

A clear understanding and communication of the message of faith is important, because faith is a principle by which we live in the Kingdom of God. The Bible says, “...the just shall live by faith” (Romans 1:17). It shows you just how important faith is. You can’t understand and apply your righteousness in Christ without faith.   In Hebrews 11:6, the Bible says it’s impossible to please God without faith. By faith we activate or appropriate the blessings and provisions of Christ made available to us in the Gospel. It’s the reason Jesus taught the message of faith when He walked the earth; He tau

READ YOUR RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL THE POWER INSIDE YOU - PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME WEDNESDAY 7TH DECEMBER 2016

The responsibility for your life isn’t so much with God as it is with you. Some people blame God for every unfortunate event in their lives and in the world, and that’s because they don’t know Him. Indeed, He’s God, and He’s all-powerful; with Him all things are possible. However, the power to change things—His power to produce the miracle you desire or require—is already inside you! It’s your responsibility to activate it. Our theme verse says, “Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think

READ YOUR RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL THE POWER OF YOUR TESTIMONY - PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME TUESDAY 6TH DECEMBER 2016 .

Not only will it cause you to experience more blessings, it’ll keep the devil, his demons, and their nefarious schemes under your feet. When God does something for you, with you, or through you, tell it. Be glad to share your testimonies. Never consider anything the Lord does for you to be too small to talk about. Why is this so important? Apart from your testimonies glorifying God, and inspiring faith

PRAYER AT 12NOON AND 10PM (LOCAL/GMT) - MON DEC 5TH 2016

It's our month of Thanksgiving, this December, and there's a lot to be thankful for. The Word tells us in 1Thessalonians 5:18 "give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus"; and in Ephesians 5.20 "always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ". Remember, the goodness and grace of God in our lives are greater than the challenges and virtual disappointments we experience. In both 15mins sessions  at 12noon and 10pm (Local/GMT), we'll pray fervently in tongues, and praise the Lord with the voice of thanksgiving according to the scriptures,  glorifying Him for all His blessings in our lives, ministry and families. Thank Him for all He did for and through you; for your partnership  in the Gospel, the harvest of souls into God's Kingdom, and for causing us to spread according to the Word given to us for the year 2016. Thank Him also for the knowledge and wisdom you
