Imagine that you have a neighbor you've never met. Then, one day, while you were out, fire broke out in your apartment. But thankfully, no damage was done before the inferno was put out. You only came home to see the signs that indeed, there’d been a fire. However, as you stood wondering who the brave person was that put out the fire, someone walked up to you and said, “It was such a huge blaze, but that man over there (pointing to this neighbour of yours whom, you had never met) put out the fire. He even got burnt in the process.” Now, for the first time, you’re going to feel something towards that neighbour. You’re going to go to him to express appreciation,

You have the nature to be absolutely successful, because you’re the seed of Abraham. You’re an heir of God, and a joint heir with Christ. Therefore, develop a mentality that’s consistent with who you are in Christ. Refuse to allow thoughts of defeat download into your system. In the earth, you have south, west, east, and north, but in the spirit realm, there’s only one direction north. One of the most profound truths revealed to us in God’s word as evident in the teachings of Jesus is that we can have what we say. As a Christian, your words are not empty; what you say comes to pass. You can talk to anything, including your body. You can talk to negative situations such sickness and disease, and they will surely obey you. Someone may say, “I have a growth in my stomach and it’s hurting so bad, the doctor says it is cancer.” Stop talking about the growth; talk to it instead. Tell it to die and pass out of your body! In mark 11:23, Jesus didn't say we should talk about the mountain or say what the mountain is doing; he said, “Talk to the mountain! Tell it to move.” In same way, don’t complain about the severity of the pain or trouble you‘re feeling in your body. Talk to your body; tell the pain to cease and tell your body to function rightly in line with the life of God that’s in your spirit. Remember, your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. Behold, how great a matter a little fire kindleth!” (James 3:4-5) A rudder is a small piece of wood or metal used by the captain of a ship to set it on course to his desired direction. The Apostle James in our opening scripture likened the tongue to the rudder of a great ship. Though so little, the tongue can accomplish anything good or bad: “Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof” (Proverbs 18:21). The life you have today is as a result of your tongue-work; that is, everything you've been saying. Your words direct the course of your destiny, positively or otherwise. This is the reason you shouldn't talk poverty, defeat, sickness or death; rather, talk prosperity, victory, success,

“For if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ” (Romans 5:17) The word receive in the verse above is translated from the Greek word, “lambano,” which means to “take” or “catch” something as yours; to get hold of something; to seize it and make it yours. Abundance of grace, on the other hand, means overflowing grace; unlimited overflowing grace. This means it’s up to you to take as much grace as you want. This is what the Apostle Paul meant when he told Timothy “…Be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus” (2 Timothy 2:1). That means take advantage of the grace. Don’t take a little of it; ‘lambano’ as much as you require. Receive grace for your reign in life. To reign is to exercise control, influence and authority. I wish God’s people will be wisdom-conscious in addition to being grace-conscious. The same way that He has lavished His grace on you, in superabundance, so has He abounded towards you in all wisdom and prudence. J ust as grace is of the Spirit, and can be multiplied in your life through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord (2 Peter 1:2), so is wisdom of the Spirit. In addition, you grow in wisdom through the Word. God’s Word has the divine ability to impart wisdom to your spirit: “And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise…” (2 Timothy 3:15). As Christians, we’re called to live and act like God. How is that possible? You might want to ask! This has been made possible through the mirror principle of the Word. The Word of God is the mirror of God. The Bible says anyone who hears the Word and doesn't act accordingly is like a man who sees himself in a mirror, turns around and forgets what he looks like (James 1:23-24). In other words, God expects you to hear His Word and do what it says. The problem, however, is that many don’t know how to do the Word of God. Now, the mirror principle of the Word is that you see yourself as what God sees you to be in His Word, and then act accordingly. It simply means acting the Word. For instance, in the Word, the mirror of God, He says, you’re a new creation in Christ Jesus. That is God’s image and

Your faith proclamation of God’s Word strengthens your spirit and causes the Word to be active in your life. Your confessions of faith change and transform you, causing you to experience the realities of the Gospel; therefore, you ought to boldly proclaim the Word in faith. There’s power and life in the Word, which gives it the ability to change hopeless situations and cause circumstances to conform to God’s plans and purposes when applied. The Bible lets us know that God has set eternity in our hearts (Ecclesiastes 3:11). Meaning there’s no limit to what you can possess by faith! You have the capacity to contain eternity itself in your spirit. This was how Abraham became the possessor of the whole earth. The Lord said to him in Genesis 13: 14-15, “…Lift up now thine eyes, look from the place where thou art northward, and southward, and eastward and westward: For all the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed forever”. Abraham knew that the Lord wasn’t talking about physical lands. By faith, he saw the whole world with his spiritual eyes, and once he was able to see it, God said “it’s yours!” Start practicing how to see and take possession from your spirit for that’s where God guides you from. Nothing is to your disadvantage. David understanding this truth boldly declared “The lines are fallen unto me in pleasant places; yea, I have a goodly heritage” (Psalm 16:6). Live with the consciousness that the Lord has perfected that which concerns you (Psalm 138:8). Learn to trust Him, because He is your sufficiency; He is your all in all. "In this month, you are going to practice seeing," says Pastor Chris. Shouts of joy and excitement rent the air in churches and assemblies of BLW citizens around the world upon the announcement of November as 'the Month of Seeing for Realities!' “You cannot stop healing from coming to the man who sees and hears and understands the Word of God," Pastor said as he read from Matthew 13:13-15. The man of God instructed the brethren to set time aside this month to encourage visions of the Spirit as Abraham did and as Joshua was instructed in Joshua 6:1-2.
