                     It’s very important to be hardworking and diligent at your studies and other things you do, but you must also realise that the human body has a limit to the exertion it can endure. You can’t just keep working endlessly and not make some time out to rest. Working yourself beyond the limits will cause your health to decline. So, it’s very important that you take good care of your body, not only in terms of what you eat, but also in making sure your body is well rested. The Bible tells us how God blessed and sanctified the seventh day, because on that day He rested from all the work of creating that He had done (Genesis 2:3).
