PROVE YOUR COMMITMENT BY YOUR GIVING

God told Abraham to give Him his only son as a burnt sacrifice. When he was about to do it, God stopped him, saying, ‘…lay not thine hand upon the lad, neither do thou anything upon him: for now I know that thou feareth God, Seeing thou hast not with held thy Son, thine only Son from me” (Genesis 22:12).

Can you see that Abraham’s action was a proof of his faith? Though he had been walking with the Lord, he had to prove his commitment through his giving. God told him what to give and he gave it. His action was a proof of his commitment to God.
The quality of your seed will always determine your level of commitment. There is no other way. You are not committed to something you don’t give into; it is self deception to think otherwise.

This is the reason the Lord Jesus said in Luke 12:34, ” For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.” Prove your commitment today through you
