1 John 5:4 says: "For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith".
In both 15mins sessions at 12noon and 10pm (Local/GMT), we'll pray mostly in tongues. Declare that you're born of God, therefore you have overcome the world, the flesh and the Devil. Jesus Christ is Lord over your spirit, soul and body; and because of His righteousness in your spirit, no work of the adversary against you shall prevail; you remain strong and effective in the house of God, flourishing in the courts of the Lord. Pray also for those in your city who haven't yet known the Lord, that they may come to the knowledge of the Truth.
