For all of 15mins sessions at 12noon and 10pm (Local/GMT), we'll pray fervently in the spirit, as the Spirit gives us utterance. Open your heart to the ministrations of the Holy Spirit and let Him pray through you as the verses above say, in accordance with His will; and receive direction and guidance in your spirit.
