Maintaining good health is one of the things you must ensure if you want to have a long and successful life.

Mark 6:31 MSG

Jesus said, “Come off by yourselves; let’s take a break and get a little rest.” For there was constant coming and going. They didn’t even have time to eat.’

* EXAMINE HOW YOU'VE BEEN TREATING YOUR BODY SO FAR, AND IDENTIFY AREAS WHERE YOU NEED TO MAKE CHANGES.

It’s very important to be hardworking and diligent at your studies and other things you do, but you must also realise that the human body has a limit to the exertion it can endure. You can’t just keep working endlessly and not make some time out to rest.

Working yourself beyond the limits will cause your health to decline. So, it’s very important that you take good care of your body, not only in terms of what you eat, but also in making sure your body is well rested.

The Bible tells us how God blessed and sanctified the seventh day, because on that day He rested from all the work of creating that He had done (Genesis 2:3). Our theme scripture also shows us how Jesus took time off with His disciples to get some rest. On another occasion, the Bible says, “…Jesus, tired as He was from His journey, sat down [to rest] by the well…(John 4:6 AMP). The Master rested because He was tired. So, it’s not abnormal for you to get tired, but when you do, get some rest so your body can recover. Many don’t do this, and the implication is that they stand the risk of wearing out their bodies. Taking time off to rest is a way to maintain good health; so take it seriously and plan for it.

I LAY UP GOLD AS DUST! - PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME

Somebody said, "There’s financial harmattan. Everywhere is just dry". Not me! Dry? Never! Not in my DNA. I am always in surplus! But when do you have the most dust? In time of dryness! Wipe the dust today, come back tomorrow, the dust is back, all over the place. The scripture is saying "In time of dryness, I lay up gold as dust (Job 22:24). Too much money! When their bank accounts are frowning, my own bank accounts are laughing, shouting for joy. Gloryyyyy!!! Remember, everything in life including your bank accounts have intelligence. Let my bank accounts shout for joy, and be glad! Because my bank accounts are favoring God's righteous cause, yea, let my finances say continually , Let the Lord be magnified.... (Psalm 35:27)! Hallelujah!!! Glory to God! It’s time to start laying up gold as dust and it’s time to start funding the Gospel big time. My name is on every naira, every rand, every dollar, every cedis, every euro, and every pound, Just look at them

YOU’RE THE BLESSED OF THE LORD – PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME.

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ (Ephesians 1:3). Notice the construction above; the Apostle Paul wasn’t praying or making entreaties or begging God for spiritual blessings, no! It’s an energetic outburst of luxuriant, profuse, and exuberant worship. He glorifies the Lord who has blessed us with all spiritual blessings in the heavenly realms. He had the mentality that he was already blessed with all spiritual blessings that exist, and became poetic in praise. This should be your testimony! Be full of praise to God because there’s nothing you don’t have, and there’s nothing you can’t do! You’ve been endowed spiritually with all things, and for all things. Why did Paul use the phrase “spiritual blessings?” It’s because if you have the spiritual blessings, then you have all earthly blessings, because the spiritual gives birth to the physical. The lesser is included in the greater. Thi
