God told Abraham to give Him his only son as a burnt sacrifice. When he was about to do it, God stopped him, saying, ‘…lay not thine hand upon the lad, neither do thou anything upon him: for now I know that thou feareth God, Seeing thou hast not with held thy Son, thine only Son from me” (Genesis 22:12). Can you see that Abraham’s action was a proof of his faith? Though he had been walking with the Lord, he had to prove his commitment through his giving. God told him what to give and he gave it. His action was a proof of his commitment to God. The quality of your seed will always determine your level of commitment. There is no other way. You are not committed to something you don’t give into; it is self deception to think otherwise. Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again (Luke 6:38). God is the greatest giver there is. The Bible says “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son…” (John 3:16). His love motivated Him to give the greatest gift of all: His precious Son Jesus Christ. It’s God’s nature to give. No wonder the Bible declares that He’s given us ALL things that pertain to life and to godliness (2 Peter 1:3). God is always excited whenever His children demonstrate His giving nature. A giver will never live in poverty or lack because the Bible says “The liberal soul shall be made fat: and he that watereth shall be watered also himself” (Proverbs 11:25). Inverting this statement, you’ll easily deduce that the one who is stingy and greedy will not experience the blessing of the giver as the Scripture here reveals...

God wants you rich and extremely prosperous .You can’t pretend that money isn’t important. I am sure that the reason you work, isn’t because you love your country. The reason you work is primarily because you need the money to take  care of yourself and have things going well for you. Don’t think for a second that because you are born again, you would get a ‘special price’ whenever you want to make a purchase at the stores; there are no price concessions for Christians at the fuel stations or shopping malls. Furthermore, it takes money to reach the world for Jesus with the latest technology available to us today. Sadly, many shy away from talking about money in church for fear of been criticized. God is a “blessing-God”; He always loves to bless people. The Bible says, “For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him” (2 Chronicles 16:9).  In other words, He’s constantly looking around for someone to do something good for, someone to bless. But to do this, He won’t come down from heaven; He needs someone in the earth to bless another person. That’s why He trains us by teaching us to give, to be caring and concerned about the needs of others. Realize that you’re God’s point of contact to your world; you’re His contact-point of blessings! Philippians 1:3-6 "I thank my God upon every remembrance of you, 4 Always in every prayer of mine for you all making request with joy, 5 For your fellowship in the gospel from the first day until now; 6 Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ".  For 15 mins at 12 noon and 10 pm (Local/GMT), we'll pray mostly in the spirit, and also pray specially for ministers and staff who serve in ministry for the gospel; that they'll stand perfect in all the will of the Father, fulfilling the call of God upon their lives without reproach; and that they be kept blameless even unto the coming of our Lord,bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God, continually reflecting His righteousness and glory. In Luke 6:38 , the scripture proves that every one of God’s Children could and should live in abundance every day of their lives. When the Lord Jesus said, “Give and it shall be given unto you…” He wasn’t specific on what to give. He just instructed us to give! When we talk of giving, people immediately think we are referring to giving of our substance, though that’s part of it. And they think, ‘I don’t have anything to give; but thinking t his way is thinking in one direction. How about love? What about help? You can give these. It doesn’t matter how low you are in life, you always have something to give. If you want men to give you, you must first learn to give. It is impossible for the Word of God to fail; make up your mind to do what the Word says and your life will produce Word-based results.

“Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.” (Hebrews 13:5) In the scripture above, the Lord didn’t say “Be satisfied with whatever you have, be it little or much,” as some folks believe. He wasn’t preaching about materialism and the need for contentment in life, though that’s a good lesson to learn from that scripture; there’s something bi gger in there! When He says “be content with such things as ye have,” He’s letting you know that all you have is all you need! That means, with what you have in your hands (no matter how small) God can produce anything you want! When Jesus was told the wine had finished at the wedding in Canaan, He was unmoved. He simply looked around, saw the water pots and instructed the servants to fill the water pots with water, and the water became wine (John 2:7). The Christian is the true heir of all the blessings of Abraham. Galatians 3:29 says, “ And if ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.”   This means, it doesn’t matter where you are now or how you started in life, as you  e mbrace this truth today, you’d become a force to be reckoned with in all you do, and you’ll prosper beyond measure. Realize that God doesn’t need to make you rich now because He has alre ady done that; you have unlimited access to the vast treasures in the earth. You became an heir of all of God’s wealth and riches when you were born again! All you need now is to know God’s Word and use it to chart your course in life. Remember, you’ve been brought into a large place – your wealthy place in God; you were born into an incorruptible and inexhaustible inheritance. Praise God!
