GOD IS NOT MYSTERIOUS

Some people do not understand when we talk of knowing the will of God. They say, “Well, I hope if it is the will of God I will get the job”.

They always think that God’s will is against them. Some people do not like to say what they want to do because they feel God may just not like it. But if you ask them what God likes, they will still be unable to say what it is. They have turned God into a mysterious being.
Someone said, “God works in mysterious ways, His wonders to perform”. God is not mysterious. To be mysterious means to be a strange “dude” that cannot be understood and that is not what God is. He showed us His will by giving us His word: He’s told us what He did, what He is doing and what He is going to do, so we can understand him. He is neither strange nor mysterious.

Yes, there was a mystery, but Jesus came to solve the mystery. Colossians 1:22-27 In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight: If ye continue in the faith ‘grounded and settled, and be not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which ye have heard, and which was preached to every creature which is under heaven; whereof I Paul am made a minister; Who now rejoice in my sufferings for you, and fill up that which is behind of the afflictions of Christ in my flesh for his body’s sake, which is the church: Whereof I am made a minister, according to the dispensation of God which is given to me for you, to fulfill the word of God; Even the MYSTERY which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints: To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this MYSTERY among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:

Paul, speaking by the inspiration of the Holy Ghost said the mystery is one which was hidden in ages past but now has been revealed to His saints, which is, ‘Christ in you, the hope of glory.’ He has now revealed that which was a mystery! And whatever is revealed ceases to be mysterious.

In the Old Testament, God said, ‘My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts’ (Isaiah 55:8-9). That was for the Old Testament people, who did not have the eternal life of Almighty God, abiding in their spirits. His ways were high above theirs as the heavens are above the earth, but now that we have become partakers of His divine nature, we have been raised up and made to sit together with Christ in
heavenly places (Ephesians 2:6). That is where we live now!
Glory to God!

I LAY UP GOLD AS DUST! - PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME

Somebody said, "There’s financial harmattan. Everywhere is just dry". Not me! Dry? Never! Not in my DNA. I am always in surplus! But when do you have the most dust? In time of dryness! Wipe the dust today, come back tomorrow, the dust is back, all over the place. The scripture is saying "In time of dryness, I lay up gold as dust (Job 22:24). Too much money! When their bank accounts are frowning, my own bank accounts are laughing, shouting for joy. Gloryyyyy!!! Remember, everything in life including your bank accounts have intelligence. Let my bank accounts shout for joy, and be glad! Because my bank accounts are favoring God's righteous cause, yea, let my finances say continually , Let the Lord be magnified.... (Psalm 35:27)! YOU’RE THE BLESSED OF THE LORD – PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME.

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ (Ephesians 1:3). Notice the construction above; the Apostle Paul wasn’t praying or making entreaties or begging God for spiritual blessings, no! It’s an energetic outburst of luxuriant, profuse, and exuberant worship. He glorifies the Lord who has blessed us with all spiritual blessings in the heavenly realms. He had the mentality that he was already blessed with all spiritual blessings that exist, and became poetic in praise. This should be your testimony! Be full of praise to God because there’s nothing you don’t have, and there’s nothing you can’t do! You’ve been endowed spiritually with all things, and for all things. Why did Paul use the phrase “spiritual blessings?” It’s because if you have the spiritual blessings, then you have all earthly blessings, because the spiritual gives birth to the physical. The lesser is included in the greater. Thi...
